Ordering Parts

Create a JIRA ticket with the details pertaining to the order.
Email Panasonic a picture of the part you are requesting as well as the quantity.
When parts arrive be sure to scan the packing slip and attach to the SDR you created.
Close SDR.

==== Off-Line ====

Navigate to Windows Setting, Wifi and remove any networks listed under “Known Networks”.
Navigate to Device Manager, Network Adapters and confirm all Power Settings are Un-Checked on all adapters.
Navigate to Bluetooth adapter and confirm the Power Settings are UN-Checked.

Touch Screen

Reboot device into BIOS settings and perform a recalibration.
Confirm stylus pen is functional

Battery

Check to see if the battery is listed to be replaced in the Panasonic Battery application.

Stylus

Replace tethers when needed.
Confirm stylus clip holder on device is functional
Confirm stylus pen is functional in the TripTix application.
